14 Day Service Guarantee

The Computerman Mackay is a fee for service business. All services are chargeable.

I want my clients to be happy and trust that my services are professional and represent great value for money. As such, I offer a 14 Day Service Guarantee on all work performed by myself.

This service guarantee applies to the specific problem/s that were identified when you engaged me to diagnose / repair your device.

You must notify me within 14 days of providing the service to you that there is a problem with the service I delivered.

If my services were not performed satisfactorily, I will work to provide a solution to your problem quickly and at no additional cost to you. However, I will not compensate you for any other service fees paid by you to another service provider engaged by you for the same purpose.

If my services were not performed satisfactorily and that I am unable to rectify the problem, I will refund any monies paid by you to me regarding the original problem.

​Any subsequent fault/s or issues that differ from those originally diagnosed and/or repaired do not fall under my 14 Day Service Guarantee and additional repairs and/or services may be required to correct the problem. Normal fees and charges will apply if you request my services to fix any subsequent problems.

I am totally up front and transparent with all fees and charges. You will know exactly what the cost will be before I start work on your computer.

$60.00/ per half hr

• Minimum charge of $60.00 for the first 30 minutes
• $30.00 per 15 minute block after the first 30 minutes
• No call out fees
• No surcharge on same day repairs
• No hidden fees or charges
• Free pickup and drop off

My terms are strictly Cash on Delivery (COD) for all clients. I do not offer any other payment terms. Payment can made by debit / credit card or direct deposit at the completion of my visit to your location. I do not accept cheques or American Express.

All purchases of parts / components require a 100% upfront payment before they will be ordered.
